Availability Packs – Advanced Availability for BEETLE POS Systems

Owners of a Diebold Nixdorf Availability Pack certificate benefit from the recovery of their BEETLE POS system within the next business day following the acceptance of the service request.

Please note that your Availability Pack needs to be activated online prior to first use.

To provide reliable support within the defined recovery time Diebold Nixdorf will apply one of the following three options:

  • Remote Support provided from the Diebold Nixdorf Global Customer Care Center
  • Delivery of original spare parts and instructions for replacement by the customer
  • On-site repair by a Diebold Nixdorf service technician with original spare parts
